Terms of Service
By booking our vehicle-with-driver service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Vehicle & Driver
We provide a vehicle with a professional driver for the agreed date, time, route, and duration. The vehicle may only be operated by our assigned driver.
2. Rental Duration
- Half Day: Up to 4 hours
- Full Day: Up to 8 hours
- Additional time beyond the booked duration is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
- Up to 1 additional hour may be accommodated when possible. Beyond this, the applicable hourly rate will apply.
3. Pricing
The agreed booking price covers the services specified at the time of booking. There are no hidden or unexpected charges. Any applicable hourly charges for time beyond the booked duration will be communicated clearly.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled ride start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the ride starts may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must follow applicable safety requirements and treat the vehicle and driver respectfully. The vehicle must not be used for unlawful purposes.
6. Booking Changes
Any changes to the date, time, route, or duration should be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
